Volunteers are the backbone to Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity to ensure that everyone has a decent home in a decent community.

Some of the volunteer opportunities may include: construction, special events, working with the families, clerical, ReStore, development etc.

Want to volunteer, but prefer to leave the hammer at home?

If you have a desire to volunteer with Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity, but do not want to do construction, consider becoming a lunch sponsor.
Lunch sponsors provide lunch for volunteers on the Habitat construction sites. Lunch sponsors generally provide enough food for 15-20 volunteers. Contact the volunteer coordinator for more information.
